Job Title: Specialist-Performance Management
Division: Training & Performance Management
Reports To: Manager-Performance Management
Job Summary:
Implement Etisalat Nigeria’s
performance management system and ensure consistent application and
transparency of Etisalat Nigeria’s performance management programmes
Principal Functions:
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of appraisal review recommendations, especially with regards to career and training issues
- Update employee performance appraisal records
- Participate in periodic needs-based training on the performance management process for staff
- Assist in identifying and addressing staff appraisal issues and/ or conflicts, including post-appraisal appeals
- Participate in training needs assessment in order to address development areas identified during appraisals
- Performance any other duties assigned by the Manager-Performance Management
Educational Requirements:
First degree in relevant discipline.
Possession of relevant HR-specific
postgraduate qualification(s) and/ or professional certification(s) will be an
advantage.
Experience & Skills:
Between two (2) and five (5) years
directly relevant post-NYSC work experience. The ideal candidate must possess
excellent relationship management and team-playing skills, be conceptual and
analytical in orientation, and be able to manage and prioritize own time and workload
